A Facebook LIVE video question and answer session with Kerry from Tonic. This took place on 30th June 2020 on the Tonic Cheltenham Facebook Page.

Kerry demonstrates head massage techniques that you can perform on yourself! Great, short techniques that can really help to release stress and tension whilst you're unable to get a full massage.
