Lucy joined our team as Head Therapist back in 2022, welcoming a wealth of experience within the Spa & Beauty industry, working in five star Spas in the local area. Currently on Maternity leave, Due back in 2026!

Lucy has a passion for creating a warm and harmonious workplace to create a family-feel amongst the Tonic Team. A nurturing personality coupled with a keen eye for detail makes Lucy a great addition to our team.

Her passion lies with Waxing treatments and Facials as they provide immediate and long-lasting results.

Lucy is a perfectionist at heart and gains a sense of enjoyment in making sure her client’s leave their appointments with full satisfaction and a stress-free
mindset.

Martha joins our team as a Senior Therapist, offering a wide mix of treatments at an exceptional level of service. Martha has previously worked as a Spa Manager, thereby understanding the vital special touches to make your experience with us one to remember.

She is a confident & passionate therapist that brings over 15 years experience to Tonic, having also previously worked with Aromatherapy Associates for the majority of that time.

Her passion lies with helping others achieve optimal wellness through Massage techniques and personalised care.

Sascha joins us from a top Spa environment and brings with her a wealth of experience. Her
massage is second to none, especially for those who prefer a firmer pressure. If you have a treatment with Sascha you'll be sure to be treated to a first class experience, from a caring, well qualified lady!

Sascha’s passion lies in the Holistic side of treatments with her favourite being Hot Stone Massage & Facials. She moved over to the UK after growing up in Zimbabwe, then raised a family of her own. With this, Sascha is naturally a very caring and nurturing person who wants for everyone to be happy and comfortable.

Bruna joins us as a Beauty & Spa Therapist, having previously worked in Northern Ireland. Bruna has made the leap to Cheltenham and settled beautifully into our team.

Bruna’s previous line of work was in high level Spas & Salons carrying out predominantly Massage & Waxing treatments, so be sure to book in with her as she is set to be very popular!

She very much has a welcoming and bubbly personality, with a dedication to providing all of her clients with a relaxing yet high level of service. Bruna’s passion lies in her Facial treatments. Seeing her clients’ skin transform before her eyes brings her huge satisfaction and excitement for her regulars.

Lovely Alice is now working as a Beauty Therapist reflecting her development within her time at Tonic.

A sweet and gentle manner coupled with a keen eye for detail - Any concerns are always heard and she will always go a step further to improve your treatment experience or suggest further appointments for your genuine needs.

Alice is extremely passionate about providing exceptional service with the Manicures she provides. You will often find her behind the manicure bar having a natter with her regular clients. Hot Stone Massage is also a firm favourite for Alice. Seeing the tension melt before her eyes and hearing the relief this brings to her clients brings her great pleasure.

Caroline is part of our front of house team and our dedicated group bookings co-ordinator. With a long history of working in some of the top spas in London in the administration teams, Caroline is well placed to keep Tonic running smoothly.

Approachable, helpful and a joy to be around; you'll meet Caroline if you come in on certain days as she is part time.

Jess is currently on Maternity leave - due back in 2026.
