Swedish Massage (Light/Medium/Firm Pressure)

Hot stone massage is incredibly powerful. We massage using warm, volcanic stones to manipulate the muscles, relieving tension with ease. The heat penetrates the muscles to aid their relaxation, meaning we can work more deeply and effectively without so much pain. This massage can be both incredibly relaxing, and intensely powerful at releasing deep tension. Your therapist can tailor your massage to your needs.  

A deeply powerful treatment designed to stimulate the senses and relax the mind. Massage includes head, neck, shoulders, scalp and face. This treatment is performed with you sitting in a comfortable chair. You will be left feeling lighter in both body and mind. 30 minute treatment 

We combine three of the most powerful therapies to combat stress and tension in this treatment. First we massage the scalp, neck, face followed by the hands and arms finishing with the feet & lower legs. The affect is that stress melts away and you're left feeling harmonised, with a fantastic sense of well­being. 45 minute treatment 

Treat the area that is impossible to reach by yourself. We gently cleanse the back, exfoliate to slough away any dryness and treat you to a 30 minute swedish massage using a blend of oil and deeply hydrating lotion to leave your back feeling nourished and supple. 40 minute treatment
